Crepes

I went to Lac de Guerledan today, and I'll post some pictures of it below, but for now what I'd like to say is: I think crepes are highly overrated.  Oh, they're good, don't get me wrong, but they're just so insubstantial. You can pile on the chocolate sauce and bananas and nuts and whip cream, but at the core there's just this tiny sliver of dough.  Maybe I'm just too much of an American to properly appreciate them, but it just seems like you'd need to take some kind of lasagna approach, piling crepes ten layers deep, to actually attain a worthwhile snack.
