Then, later that day, we had our first stop, at Puerto Eden, where most of the Chileans got off (along with a washing machine):
As for what one does in the evenings on a ferry, once it's too dark to see anything outside, well:

Interesting shipwreck. Stuck on a sandbar, but not worth enough to salvage for the scrap metal. They have that trouble in Oregon, too.
