Rapa Nui, Part 1

Today, I flew to Rapa Nui (Easter Island). And, as if that weren't cool enough - I flew first class:

(By some bizarre quirk in ticket pricing, the first class seats cost the same as the economy class. Score!).

I'll see more moai tomorrow, but there were a few near the town where I was staying:

Today I mostly just wandered around exploring the area near town.

As island paradises/environmental collapse nightmare locations go, this one seems pretty nice...
