Hi, everyone. I hope you're all doing well. After getting back from
Japan, I drove up to Spokane to visit my cousin, and went to a wedding
with my family in Wisconsin, but mostly I've just been hanging out in
Oregon, applying for jobs and doing yard work for a guy at our church.
I finally landed a job at Rock Creek Park in Washington DC, starting
May 11:

I'll be doing vegetation mapping and GPS/GIS, with some wildlife and
water quality work thrown in as well. I'm looking forward to
exploring the east coast a bit, and to working in a different kind of
park.
